Frequently Asked Questions
What is jStorefront?
jStorefront is an internet website consulting company. The conveniences of the
Internet are growing into business space all over the world. Today, every major retailer and manufacturer
sells products over the Internet. Smaller businesses have an even greater need to have an
online presence. You can reach new customer segments and stretch out to people who would have
never known of your company. We will help you "start from scratch" to develop your brand online
and to start interacting with your customers through the internet channel.
How expensive is jStorefront?
Take a look at the packages we offer. Generally,
we will sit down and talk to you about what you need and provide an estimate if it does not exactly match one
of our packages.
Do you use templates to create websites?
We develop every website from scratch based on the requirements of your specific needs.
If you have a website and want to improve it, we can help. If you need a new website, we
can help.
What kind of eCommerce services do you offer?
Shopping carts, advanced online catalog, user registration, content management, user-friendly
administration interface for the business user, analytics, inventory management, order management, external integration, website workspaces, email
management, and more.
What kind of agreements do you offer?
We believe that keeping our customer happy is the most important aspect to our business. We
do not turn our backs once your website is publicly launched. We will be here to support
your problems and will be available for website enhancements as you realize additional
requirements.
How many websites has jStorefront done in the past?
jStorefront is a young growing company. We only have a handful of customers, but we see that as
an opportunity for us to focus one-on-one with customers. Our developers have on average over 7 years of
website development experience.
What technologies do you use?
jStorefront uses primarily php in combination with mysql to develop dynamic websites. We also have experience in java/jsp and asp with several databases.
I don't understand any of these questions. What does all of this mean?
We do not expect you to be technology geniuses (or you would just write the website yourself). If you're still confused, that's ok.
Contact us and we
can explain in person.
