Discuss Your Needs
We begin by understanding exactly what you want to do and provide an estimate to do it.
We capture your requirements and document
the features you need. If you have an existing website, we list the things you want to change. After we
have a final list, we collaborate on the site flow, contextual design, and initial layout of each page. Completion of this
step will result in documentation that can be used to build the site, but also as reference for any future changes.
The goal of this step is to conceptually create the website and document this creation.

Build the framework Development of your website starts. We purchase your domain name, create the web space,
and develop an initial framework of your website. This skeleton will not appear or function as a completed website. Usually, we put
an initial page with a "coming soon" image to prevent your users from seeing an unfinished product. At the end of this step, we will
have established the area where your future website will live, and have built a frame for it. |

Look and Feel The website will actually look mostly complete at this step, but there's still a lot of internal wiring and
details being added to the guts of the pages. Links and website actions will not be functional yet, but the site looks close to finished. Don't be
fooled, this is only the tip of the iceberg and most the work still needs to happen. |

Launch Your Website Collaboratively we will test the website function, list the issues and fix any problems.
We will do a final walk through of your website to make sure we are ready to launch it publicly. We will begin to list it on the
search engines and decide the best way to market your website. Once launched, you can start listing your website on your
flyers, business cards, and invoices. |

Maintenance We do not finish the website and disappear, never to be heard of again.
No website is perfect. We will fix problems related to our work after the site is launched at no charge. If there were any changes made
by another programmer after launch, there may be a small fee.
Many times our customers need aditional functionality. We happily continue upgrading your website with
new features by going back to step 1.
